In Next Generation VCF Camp participants are willing to have fun in a very sophisticated learning system. Our methodology is always flexible and adapts to every situation, every city, every country.
Participants will be able to experience the techniques of Spanish style football, make new friends, develop football skills, learn many new tactics and strategies – all in a secure, fun environment.
The highly qualified coaches from Spain will be sharing the ethos and spirit that makes Valencia such a special club.
Training sessions will be based on technical and tactical work which will be applied in game situations. Players are assigned in small groups to get the best one on one approach with the coaches. The camp size is limited to give the opportunity for each player to have a better individual coaching session.
All players will be involved in practical and classroom sessions. The practical sessions uses pedagogical games in the football field to teach varied skill techniques.
Applied technology games will be used to help children understand tactical and strategical concepts in the classroom sessions. These theoretical sessions will be taught through a very dynamic and motivating methodology in order for player to retain their knowledge for many years to come.
Also, there will be the outfield sessions to implement the NEXT GENERATION INVISIBLE TRAINING SYSTEM.
Invisible training is the development of certain skills which can positively influence the players´ performance on the field.
Players who have been able to show excellence under these training methods could be selected for the Next Generation VCF Academy.
